Policy:
We do not ship orders on the weekend. If you place an order after 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time Friday, Your order will be dispatched on Monday.
       
NOTE:
Please allow 20 Business days for delivery. If for any reason your package did not arrive we will issue a refund OR reship your order.

How Do I Place An Order?
When you click a "CHECKOUT" link, you will be taken to our secure server where you will set up your account. You will answer an online questionnaire to provide information relevant to your medical condition. Once you complete the questionnaire, you will see a confirmation page to review your answers for accuracy. Then submit your order for processing.

What Happens Once I Submit My Order?
A licensed physician will review the information you have submitted and either approve or decline your request. If approved, the physician will write the prescription and send it to the pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped to you via one of the courier companies. Your prescription will include information explaining the usage, dose, and precautionary information for your medication. After placing your order you will be able to track it's process in real-time by logging into the help desk. When your order ships, the courier tracking number will be e-mailed to you so you may track its progress through the courier company system.

What Are Your Security Policies?
Our on-line ordering system uses the latest in Secure Encryption Technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security and precautions. Our system also has safeguards in place to protect against credit card fraud. Individuals attempting the fraudulent use of a credit card will be reported.

How Does An Online Consultation Work?
Online consultations completes an online questionnaire and communicates with the physician using our secure online communication tool. Although online consultations will never take the place of traditional medicine, they do provide a means for patients to receive treatment for a limited number of conditions that, in certain circumstances, may not require a physical exam. CONSULTATION IS FREE OF CHARGE.

Is This Legal?
Our pharmacies are licensed to ship medication to all countries in the world and employ licensed pharmacists to provide you with the highest standards of pharmaceutical care. All medication is obtained from legitimate pharmaceutical wholesalers, so you rest assured you are receiving the same medication as you would at your neighborhood pharmacy.

What Are Your Shipping Rates And Policies?
We ship worldwide. If you are unable to select your country at the checkout phase, please contact our customer service representatives or our live chat operators for assistance.
Processing of an order is between 2-3 days and delivery may vary upon the shipping method you use in placing your order. We must have an adult signature at time of delivery.

We will notify you if there is a problem with your order and you will receive a confirmation email when the pharmacy ships your medication.

We are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes with FEDEX. Orders with P.O. Box as an address will be shipped with EMS/USPS.
Please note: We can not be responsible for customs clearance and the customer will have to carry all future expenses and taxes if there will be any, in his country.

Shipping rates:
EMS Express (Express Mail Service) : $25 – Shipped from outside the US (3-7 working days delivery after shipment date)
USPS- registered airmail: $35 US-US shipment (2-4 day delivery after date of shipment)

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before your order is ship by sending us an e-mail message. We CANNOT cancel the order once this is shipped.
We do not process prescription orders on the weekend. If you place an order after 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Friday, the order will be sent to the pharmacy and shipped on Monday.

Can I Return My Medication For A Refund?
We do not have return policy. Refund are all subjected for approval but does not guaranteed 100% refunds.

What currency are the prices on the website in?
All prices on the website are in US dollars.

What happens if none of my order arrives?
We do every possibility to ensure that orders are received by our customers. If none of your order has arrived within 14 business (working) days from the date of order we will investigate the matter thoroughly and promptly. This investigation usually takes about 24 hours. If it appears that the order has been lost due to a postal loss or customs detention then we will re-ship the order again to you FREE of charge. Only a very small percentage of orders are lost. However if the original order subsequently arrives as well as the re-shipped order then we rely on your honesty to inform us. We always try to resolve any problems in a fair and reasonable manner and to the best of our ability.

Is the service Discrete?
Yes! We disclose your details to nobody unless fraud has been committed.
